Weight
Lord, the weight of this week is heavy. The calendar itself feels bruised. September 11 still cries out from the dust—flames, falling towers, and faces never forgotten. A wound that does not heal, a scar that still aches with each anniversary. And now—new losses layered upon old ones. Loved ones are remembered with tears. Stories … Continue reading Weight
Ordinary
In a world that measures worth in clicks, likes, and views, it’s easy to feel overlooked—like your life doesn’t count unless it’s trending. But JESUS doesn’t call influencers. He calls followers. Lonely
Lonely. Everyone gets lonely. There are inevitable moments when we feel unknown, forgotten, ignored, or even rejected. Regardless of how we may feel, God is always faithfully present. We may feel lonely but we are never alone.
Finishing Well
How we finish our lives has a profound, lasting impact for the LORD and influence on future generations. Will we have a fantastic finish? Or simply fade away? Will those following behind us walk by faith in the LORD because of us – or despite us?
Good Friday
The cross, a symbol of horror, was the expression of God's love through His Son's atoning sacrifice. The death of Jesus on a cross on that Friday long ago was good for those who believe He died for their sin because Sunday's coming, too.
